Recognizing the challenges of presenting major experience changes, we designed and showcased flows that highlighted the streamlined process and made note of the specific content within each step of the experience. There were a lot of legal requirements we had to be aware of during this process.

Solutions to get users to an insurance quote faster

We streamlined the quoting experience by enabling quick additions or removals of cars and drivers and using pre-filled information to save time. Users could easily review and edit home details, with optional questions minimized, and select their address if multiple options were found. We also combined home and auto quotes into one seamless flow, removing the need for duplicate entries.
