• Next, I'll conduct a UX audit of your current product or website, providing findings, screenshots, and recommendations.

• Using the audit results and any design needs you already have in mind, we'll create a flexible roadmap together.

If you're already clear on your design needs, we can skip the audit and dive straight into the work after I understand your goals and users.

DugDug does by focusing on building great relationships with each client. We only open so many slots each year, so we ensure each client get's the proper attention without stretching us too thin. We prefer finding great clients and working with them on a long term basis.

Small design requests are completed in 1-3 business days, and larger ones in 4-7. For bigger projects, we’ll work together to break them into manageable milestones that fit within the subscription model.

Yup Yup! Our subscription includes unlimited revisions and we mean it. This allows us to work together until you are happy with the outcome. If new business requirements come in and you need to make updates to a previously delivered design DugDug is right at your fingertips. No more needing to rescope.

Outstanding question! We work together to break those projects into small design milestones that work with your timeline and within the subscription model.

Surprisingly just one! This allows me to keep my costs low, which in return allows me to provide those cost savings back to you. On the rare occasion I leverage another senior designer, who is a personal friend that I have worked with for years, but very rarely.

We support a variety of design needs. Whether you need design concepts, app design, website designs, UI screens, complex user flows, research plans, UX strategy plans, or marketing materials we've got you covered.

Yup! DugDug does not do any of the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), packaging design, print design (magazines, books, etc.), Adobe InDesign documents, or web development. Our primary focus is UX/UI design.

We offer a straightforward subscription plan that includes unlimited designs, revisions, and strategic support, with no hidden fees or unexpected charges. Our pricing is tailored to your unique business needs and goals, ensuring you get the best value. Plans typically start around $4,985 and adjust based on your requirements, but we’re committed to working with you to find a solution that fits your budget even if you don't see one that works.

Because our work involves time and effort that cannot be recovered, we do not offer refunds.
